Logo Spoof
Alter a logo to reflect your personal feelings about a company
Step 1: Sketching
Develop sketches to develop a logo spoof that reflects a personal opinion about a brand or company. While developing your ideas be sure to include the reasoning for spoofing the logo. Each spoof must have a purpose behind it. (Examples)
Step 2: Digital Design
After discussing your sketches with the teacher develop your logo spoof using Illustrator. It is easiest to find a vector version of the original logo and make alterations to it. You can accomplish this by using Brands of the World or trying a Google search for a vector version of the logo. Vector logos do need to be downloaded so be careful where you grab them from. If you need to edit the font you can try altering letters that are already in the logo or you can use a font identifier to try and find a free version of the text.
Step 3: Presentation
Once complete layout your completed project in a PowerPoint presentation.
