Design an original Pokémon character that represents your characteristics. This will involve creating a Pokémon card profile that includes its name, type, Hit Points (HP), unique ability, attacks, weaknesses, resistances.
Design an original Pokémon character that represents your characteristics. This will involve creating a Pokémon card profile that includes its name, type, Hit Points (HP), unique ability, attacks, weaknesses, and resistances.
Step 1: Download and begin editing these cards to fit the power that you are creating. Be sure to remove the text and name of the card to fill in your own information. Layer adjustments can be used to change the overall color of the card. Remove the imagery so that your own photoshopped images can be added in.
Step 2: Use this layout to create the printing file. There should be 6 cards in total that fit onto the document. The document needs to be saved as an InDesign file as well as a .PDF for printing. There is a video demonstration linked here as well.
Step 3: Document the steps you took to create the card. Be specific in your documentation of how you created the powers, edited the card, and created the layout.
